Croissant French Toast


 















INGREDIENTS:
•  8 croissants
5 eggs 
• 1/4 cup milk
• 2 Tbsp. sugar or sweetener of your choice
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 
• 2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 2 Tbsp. butter
• syrup or topping of your choice


INSTRUCTIONS: 
• Cut croissants in half through the middle (as you would a bagel).
• Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon & vanilla in a bowl. 
• Dunk each croissant half into the mixture and set aside on a plate.
• Melt butter in frying pan on low heat.
• Cook croissant halves cut side down, on medium-low heat, flipping after 3-4 minutes.
• Cook until golden brown, then serve with syrup or topping of your choice.

 Makes 16 pieces of toast.
