INGREDIENTS:
• 2 large russet potatoes
• 1-2 Tbsp. olive oil
• 2 Tbsp. salt, or seasoning of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS:
• Wash and peel potatoes, cut into thin slices about 1/4 inch wide.
• Soak in bowl of cold water
for at least 30 minutes.
• Lay fries on paper towel
lined cooling rack and blot to absorb water.
• Preheat oven to 400°F, line baking pan with parchment paper or foil and non-stick
spray.
• Toss fries in bowl with 1-2 Tbsp. of oil and ½-1 Tbsp. salt or seasoning of your choice.
• Lay fries in baking pan in a single layer, not touching.
• Bake 30 minutes, flipping with spatula halfway through.
• Turn oven up to 425°F and bake for additional 20 minutes, until deep golden brown.
• Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. salt or seasoning of your choice.
