Lazy Girl Apple Crisp




INGREDIENTS:
• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 2 medium apples, roughly chopped

• 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 2 Tbsp. golden raisins
• 1/2 cup granola
• 1/4 cup whipped cream

INSTRUCTIONS:
• In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter.
• Add apples and brown sugar, cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until apples are softened.
• Add in cinnamon and golden raisins, cook 1 minute more. 
• Remove from heat and divide among two glasses or bowls.  
• Top with granola and whipped cream.

Makes two servings.
