Very Berry Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS:
• 2/3 cup oats
• 2/3 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
• 1 tablespoon blueberry jam
• Fresh or frozen berries for the top
INSTRUCTIONS:
• Combine first three ingredients in small jar with lid, shake to mix.
• Refrigerate overnight.
• Top with berries.
Makes one serving.
