Sweet & Sour Crockpot Meatballs

 


INGREDIENTS:

•  1 16oz package frozen fully-cooked meatballs
•  1 onion, diced
•  1 green pepper, diced
•  1 red pepper, diced
•  1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
•  1 16oz bottle sweet & sour sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

•  Store meatballs, peppers, onions, and sauce in 1 gallon freezer bag until ready to use.
•  Thaw overnight in refrigerator.
•  Empty contents into crockpot and cook on low 3 hours.
•  Add pineapple, cook on low 1 additional hour.
•  Serve over rice.

 Makes 6 servings.
